The main Banca Etica headquarters is in Padua and throughout Italy there are :

• 21 regional branches;
• 18 financial advisors ensuring bank operations at provincial level;
• 69 groups of volunteer members (Territorial Initiative Groups or GIT).

Banca Etica is supported by Etica SGR, which offers responsible investment funds, and Fondazione Finanza Etica, whose task is to study and spread the culture of responsible finance, sustainability and a human development that respects future generations. In 2019 Banca Etica entered the capital of Cresud, an Italian company specialised in microfinance in developing countries. 

Banca Etica also operates in Spain, through offices in Bilbao, Madrid, Barcelona and Sivilla. It has around twenty Spanish groups of volunteer members.
