Social Responsability

The ethical guarantees and processes to develop corporate social responsibility are monitored by special instruments and bodies.

The Ethics Committee, elected by shareholders, ensures compliance with the principles stated in the Statute, the Code of Ethics and the socio-cultural context in which the Bank operates.

The Ethical Code defines the commitments and responsibilities of Banca Etica, with the aim of making it fully align with its core values. The Code was created through a process involving the stakeholders’ participation and the approval of the Bank members’ General Assembly.

The Supervisory Body is in charge of monitoring compliance of the bank activities with the Code of Ethics – in coordination with the Ethics Committee – and the regulatory framework that governs the direct responsibility of enterprises and institutions (Legislative Decree no. 231/011).ing visitors’ comments and suggestions.
